School Board meeting scheduled for June 12
The Shaler Area Board of School Directors has scheduled a Committee of the Whole (COW) and Special Voting Meeting for 7:30 p.m. on June 12, 2024 in person and virtually. The public can participate in the meeting via a virtual platform or participate in person. The location of the meeting is in the Shaler Area School District Administration Office - Duss Board Room located at 1800 Mt. Royal Blvd, Glenshaw, PA 15116.

Free Summer Lunches
There are nutritious meals available for children and youth 18 and younger at Etna playground and Millvale Community Library from 12:30–2 p.m.

Honoring Our Retirees
At the May 15, 2024 board meeting, the Shaler Area School District celebrated the careers and contributions of twenty employees who are entering retirement. These individuals have made a profound impact on the lives of the students in our district.

Catapulting Learning
Remake Learning Days launched its 2024 festival programming on May 7 with a massive statewide event designed to capture the kinetic energy of learning.
