Yesterday, we joined forces with Get Grenada Swimming, Diversity In Aquatics, Eco Dive, Aquanauts, Dive Grenada, Native Spirits, and Scuba West Indies for an incredible Learn About the Sea Day! 🏊♀️🤿
From ages 4 and up, attendees dove into a day filled with information on scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, and water safety info. We also had lifeguard demos, CPR and first aid lessons, sandcastle competitions, and so much more! 🏖️💙

A new underwater sculpture exhibition called “A World Adrift,” created by Jason deCaires Taylor, an artist from Kent, is set to open in the Caribbean.
“The latest installation drew inspiration from the “looming crisis” of climate change in Carriacou and Petit Martinique, two islands in Grenada.” - @jasondecairestaylor
“Positioned in Carriacou, located to the north of the island of Grenada in the Caribbean Sea, the artwork pays homage to the island’s history of boat building and will be placed approximately three to five meters deep, making it ideal for snorkelling or diving.”

Grenada Green Group, Recycle OECS, and Grenada Solid Waste Management Authority are teaming up to make a difference.
Starting this Saturday, June 8th, and continuing every 1st Saturday of the month through November, bring your plastic bottles to Camerhogne Park (and other locations in St. Patrick & St. Andrew) from 10am to 3pm.
Collection dates and locations:
