Returning Student Residency Verification dates for the 2024-2025 school year will be held on June 4th, 11th, and 25th. Please be sure you have completed online registration before you come to one of the opportunities to show proof of residency.

The Lumberton ISD Board of Trustees has named Dr. John Mathews as the Lone Finalist for Superintendent of the district. Current Superintendent, Dr. Tony Tipton, is retiring from public education after a 30-year career and a successful 4-year stint as superintendent in LISD.

LISD has awarded five teachers and five paraprofessionals the honor of Teacher and Paraprofessional of the Year for the 2024-2025 school year. One teacher and one paraprofessional from each LISD campus was chosen by their campus using criteria that aligns with LISD's mission, vision, and core values.
