The IHSA Sectional Baseball Game at Stevenson HS has been rescheduled to Friday, May 31 at 4pm. Come out and support the Cougars in the Sectional Championship Game!!! Tickets can be purchased using the GoFan app or cash at the gate.

Summer 2024 Athletic Camp Information
First Semester Camps: June 3 - June 20...Monday - Thursday each week. No camp June 19.
Second Semester Camps: July 8 - July 25...Monday - Thursday each week.
Specific athletic camp daily schedules are being formed and will be available in spring 2024.

IHSA Fall Sports start Monday, August 12, 2024 which is also the first day of school!

Registration for Fall, Winter, and Spring Sports is open. Registration can be completed through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Participants must have an up-to-date physical on file with the nurses office. Physicals can be emailed to the school at chsnurse@d211.org or paper copies can be dropped off at the school. New Registration Site

We have a new registration site. Please find the link and instructions below. Your form submissions will be stored in your family account, plus you'll only need to update entries for future registrations.

Step 1: Fill in the Student Information for the program selected under the registration options.

Step 2: You must bring your completed physical examination form to Palatine High School Student Health Services Office. Physicals are valid for 13 months.

Step 3: (Seasonal Athletics Only) Read, Fill out and submit the Sports Medicine Acknowledgement & Consent Form, Athletic Code of Conduct Form and Permission Form.
