The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning for 11 counties. Gila, Graham, Greenlee, Maricopa, Pima, Pinal, and Santa Cruz Counties will be affected from June 11 to 13. Mohave County will be affected from June 11 to 12. Coconino and Yavapai Counties in areas below 4,000 feet in elevation will be affected from June 12 to 13. Daytime highs up to 113 degrees Fahrenheit are expected. Public cooling centers are available in some areas. Stay cool, stay hydrated, and stay informed.
