Cell Phones
Cell phones are not allowed at the test center, and for most other tests we administer. You should follow the guidelines established for your individual exam.
Government Issued Photo ID
Government-issued photo identification is required for admission to all tests. Please check with your specific exam for further identification requirements.
exclamationWeather Alert:
If there is a threat of severe weather, including the high risk of tornadoes and dangerous weather in West and Central Alabama, normal UA operations may be suspended, resulting in Testing Services closing the center early. Should you have an exam scheduled with a time requirement that occurs during suspended operations, the exam must be rescheduled. Please contact the testing company to reschedule or reach out to Testing Services.

New Process for Purchasing Scantron Packets:
We no longer accept paper copies of DTAs; DocuSign completes everything. Email Testing Services and our staff will send you a link with instructions for DocuSign.

Once you complete the DocuSign, you will receive an email with the completed document. Bring your completed document (with all signatures) to the Office of Testing Services, and an associate will provide you with your packets of scantrons.
