Please join us for Open Sitting – Sundays, starting at 9am!

We have a delightful group of volunteers at our reception desk, who aim to be here to welcome you for self-directed practice, Monday through Friday from noon until 3pm. If our flags are out, come on in!

The Art of Being Human: Introduction to Meditation

Weekend of June 7th to 9th

Through the practice of meditation, we discover a way to work with our thoughts and connect to the present moment. In this moment, we can discover a feeling of unconditional goodness.
 
Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings. 
 
This weekend is the first of five Shambhala Training levels.  This program includes meditation instruction, talks, periods of meditation practice, and discussion. 
 
Everyone is welcome. 

Friday, June 7th, 7-9 pm;
Saturday, June 8th, 9 am-noon and 2-5 pm;
& Sunday, June 9th, 9am-noon

This program is by donation.  Please pay what works for you.
