Qualifying. The Department of State announces the following qualifying dates for State Senator, State Representative, Multi-County and Special District offices:
- A two-week pre-qualifying period began Monday, May 27, 2024.
- Official qualifying period runs from Noon, Monday, June 10, 2024 – Noon, Friday, June 14, 2024 (local time).

The pre-qualifying submission period and the official qualifying period above also apply to county and district offices. However, the qualifying paperwork must be submitted to the respective county Supervisor of Elections. Contact your county Supervisor of Elections for more information about local offices.

Notices of General Election. Per section 100.021, Florida Statutes, notices stating what offices and vacancies are to be filled at the general election in the state and in each county and district are now available. Visit Notices of General Election.
Election Results. Visit Florida Election Watch for recent Official Results for the Presidential Preference Primary Election (Republican). Since the Florida Democratic Party only provided one candidate nominee, the name did not appear on a PPP ballot for that party. Visit Election Results Archive for current and past elections results.
