Who qualifies for Uncle Fluffy franchise?

Uncle Fluffy franchise model is designed specifically for those who don’t have any business experience, the company offers operational manual which includes all setup details. A franchise coordinator will be assigned for each franchisee to assist them on all business matters.

What is the cost of ingredients compare to the selling price?

Because we allow franchisees to purchase the ingredients from their local market, the cost of ingredients is fairly low, it counts for 15% of the total sales.

What will be the selling price of Uncle Fluffy products in my country?

The pricing will be calculated based on many factors such as the cost of ingredients, rental cost and manpower cost. Prices shall be calculated prior to the opening.

What type of training will I receive as a new Uncle Fluffy franchisee

Our team will be in touch with you after signing the franchise agreement, the support and training will include: Location hunting, Equipment Buying, Equipment Setup, Ingredients Buying, Designs Guidance, Staff Hiring and final training.

Where will be the final training and how long?

Once we make sure you have appointed the location, purchased all the equipments and hired the team, we will conduct one week of final training, it can be done either online or in the physical store.

Can we add more items to the menu?

Adding more items to the menu is possible but it will be subject to approval. Additional items must be relevant to the concept and Japanese originated. However we constantly update our menu to maintain originality.

When can I received the agreement?

Once you get the initial approval, you will be asked to pay 10% of the franchise fee, then you will receive the franchise agreement draft for review.

Does the franchise fee include the equipment?

The franchise fee does not include the equipments, there are other fees for the equipments.

Can I make changes on the Kiosk/shop design?

Changes on the design are possible for the purpose of reflecting the local culture but must maintain the main elements of the brand which will be provided in the operational manual.

Is it possible prepare and bake the products inside the Kiosk inside the mall?

-Yes, we prepare and bake the products in most of our kiosks.

What is the duration of Franchise agreement?

-The franchise agreement duration is 5 years for option A, 10 years for option B and 15 years for option C.

Is the franchise agreement renewable?

Yes, the franchise agreement is renewable.

Is it possible to acquire more than one branch of Uncle Fluffy?

Yes, but you must start with one branch, once the first branch is successfully opened, you will be able to acquire more branches.

Does Uncle Fluffy provide financial support to franchisees?

-No, Uncle Fluffy does not provide any financial support.

Is Uncle Fluffy a healthy choice?

We use healthy ingredients in all our cakes for a better lifestyle. The regular size Uncle Fluffy cheesecake contain the following:

Can I get the master franchise?

You will not be able to get the master franchise rights in your country before you open at least one single unit. Once you have successfully operated one Uncle Fluffy store, you will be eligible to enter a new agreement for master franchise.

Can I get exclusive franchise in my country?

To obtain the exclusive rights, there is a minimum number of branches you have to open within a period of time, kindly contact us and we will provide you with exact details on exclusivity.

What happens after signing the franchise agreement?

Once the franchise agreement process is completed and the franchise fees are fully paid, a dedicated franchise coordinator will start working with you step by step to guide you on how to open your first Uncle Fluffy store.

How soon can I expect my Uncle Fluffy franchise to open after signing the agreement?

The first Uncle Fluffy store can take between 60 to 90 days to open and fully operate.

What are the steps to get Uncle Fluffy franchise agreement?

Who will build my kiosk?

We will build the kiosk and ship it to your country together with the equipments.

What is included in the equipment?

The equipments includes all the heavy machinery, small machinery and all the tools required to operate the business. We will provide the detailed list of equipments in the operational manual once you have completed the franchise agreement process.

Will the kiosk/shop require ventilation?

We don’t require ventilation because we don’t produce any kind of smoke.

How will you conduct the final training?

Once you complete the checklist for the opening, the final training will be conducted through online video meeting for a period of 10 days. The training will include setting up of equipments, ingredient preparation, recipe preparation, baking, serving and hygiene standards.

Do you help me find a great location?

Once you complete the franchise agreement process, one of our franchise coordinators will provide you examination methods, guidance and consultation on how to land a great location.

Can I setup the kiosk outdoor or it has to be inside a mall?

You can setup the kiosk indoor and outdoor.

How much is the return of investment?

The profitability depends on many factors such us location, customer service and the size. Most of our franchisees achieved 100% return on investment in a period of 3 to 6 months after opening.

Will you ship the ingredients to my country?

All the ingredients can be purchased from your local market, you will not have to purchase any ingredients from us.
