We are now live with our new electronic patient record system called MY CARE! Things may take a little longer while staff get used to the changes so please bear with us. MY CARE is a once in a generation chance to improve how we deliver healthcare. This is the first time a programme of this type has been implemented across acute and community settings in the UK. MY CARE will improve the experience for our patients, carers and staff by joining up care and connecting people in a way we cannot today – enabled by a single electronic patient record system (EPR).  The RD E Charity aims to raise £450,000 for the Starfish Appeal, to create a warm, bright and engaging space for children, young people and their families at our main acute hospital. The new interactive and multi sensory area will help children to alleviate anxieties, relieve boredom and benefit recovery, recuperation and rehabilitation.
