MAODS Next Generation Youth TheatreWelcome to the home of Mossley Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society Mossley Amateur Operatic Dramatic Society is one of the most successful amateur theatre groups in the North West of England. We have a very active calendar of events based around our yearly productions of a winter production, a play and a musical production. Alongside this we have our exciting and talented Next Generation youth theatre group which meets weekly and produces its own productions throughout the year.The Society is based at Woodend Mill in Mossley where we have our own mini theatre, rehearsal rooms and workshop facilities.Our major productions are held at our long-standing theatre home - the George Lawton Hall Theatre, Mossley.Please take a few minutes to browse our web site —we are multiple awards winners for our productions, so if you are interested in theatre, our productions are well worth viewing!Next GenerationOur awards winning youth theatre group holds classes in all aspects of drama, dance and musical theatre. We also supplement these with choral and special group sessions. Students from ages 5+ are accepted and no experience is required.What's OnWe have some terrific shows coming up!
