The passenger must rebook their deferred travel at the same time as their cancellation in order for the 'Book with Confidence' policy to be applicable. Regular terms and conditions apply to all cancellations or rebookings made within 14 days of departure for tours departing prior to December 31, 2020 (30 days in the case of bookings on the MS Expedition) and within 30 days of departure for tours departing between Jan. 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 (60 days in the case of bookings on the MS Expedition).If the rebooked tour is priced higher than the original tour, the passenger will be responsible to pay the difference. If the rebooked tour is priced lower than the original tour, the passenger will receive a travel credit for the difference that will be kept on file with G Adventures for two years from the date of rebooking. If the passenger’s originally booked cabin class is not available on the rebooked tour, passengers will have the following options, at G Adventures’ discretion: (i) book in the next highest level cabin category at the list price for the rebooked date of the originally booked cabin class, (ii) select a different departure date, (iii) book in a lower cabin category. If option (iii) is chosen, G Adventures will attempt to move the passenger to a cabin category the same or higher than that originally booked. If only a lower cabin category is available at the time of rebooking, the price difference will be held as a travel credit on the passenger’s file until 30 days prior to departure at which time, if no cabin of the same or higher category is available, a refund of the difference in price will be provided. Any travel credit issued pursuant to this paragraph is subject to the terms of the ‘Book with Confidence’ travel policy. Passengers may apply whatever discounts or promotions are available at the time of rebooking. Passengers may make an unlimited number of initial bookings under this ‘Book with Confidence’ policy, however each such booking may only be cancelled and rebooked one time. Further tour or date changes after the first rebooking are subject to G Adventures' standard terms and conditions. This policy does not entitle the passenger to a full refund. This policy does not apply to airfare or insurance. Any airline change or cancellation fees are solely the responsibility of the traveller and are subject to airline policies. No refunds will be provided in respect to any visas, travel insurance, or vaccines, which are solely the responsibility of the traveller.
