Welcome Friends, We are a Holistic Kennel here at Bellingham Bassets. Our dogs are raised free of harmful drugs, synthetics and toxins that weaken their immune system, and can cause disease, allergies and other issues. My Husband Dave and I adore European Basset Hounds, and do everything in our power to improve upon the standard and integrity of the breed. We live in the Pacific Northwest in Washington State. We began raising our hounds 15 years ago and are continuing to improve the Euro Basset Hound breed. We breed for temperament and confirmation, looking especially for short, straight legs and long leathery ears. Our European Bassets have rolls and rolls of thick heavy skin and appropriate drop in the eyes.
