We has grown significantly since our company was opened over 15 years ago, this is mainly down to the quality of service and products that we offer and also down to our low prices. For over fifteen years we earned lots of repeat customers who come back to us time and time again because they know they can rely on us to make their event a success. We usually deliver in the morning between the hours of 08:00 - 12:00 and pick up at 18:00 - 19:00, but WE ARE VERY FLEXIBLE, especially for venues such as church halls, hotels, public houses etc. We realize that you have to start and finish on time! Our company also provides overnight service. If the party runs till late, then we can pick up the castle the next morning, as long as arrangements have been made for the collection. ABBEY BOUNCY CASTLES offers this service just for an extra £10-£20. The bouncy castle will be collected the following day between 7am and 12pm, unless otherwise was arranged. NOTICE: We can ONLY leave a bouncy castle overnight in a SECURE place. We update this list all the time adding more venues to give our customers a good idea of the indoor venues that are close and available to them. Here you will find all information about sizes and which castles will fit to cost of hire for the rooms and booking information. The contact numbers are direct numbers to the venues themselves (NOT 'Abbey Bouncy Castles'). These numbers were correct at the time of printing, however may change due to not under our control. This hall is massive. It could fit 5-6 of our units in here no problem. There is a kitchen for food prep and a large area next to the kitchen for the tables to be laid out. If you live in Aldborough or close bye then this venue is a must, great value. On the photo it is a standard size castle 12x14ft and a slide 10x16ft, they look small in this photo, but really these are quite large units. Dinning area for your tables and party food, you can see the kitchen through the serving windows straight ahead. This centre has a very warm atmosphere which can accommodate any family venue. It has a large hall which can fit any of our castles. Bilton Grange Community Centre also has a kitchen to prepare food and has a music centre for DVDs. This is a very large village hall. You can have two or even three of our large units in here no problem with plenty of room for table and chairs for your party food! Really is a great place for any party! The Manor Farm is a very beautiful family orientated restaurant/pub, which serves good quality food and, of course, a good pint! ABBEY BOUNCY CASTLES supplies The Manor Farm most bank holiday weekends where they have three of our bouncy castles in a beer garden. Great big hall, big enough to fit 2 large units easily and still have loads of room. There is a separate room for tables and chairs (opposite) and a kitchen for food preparation. This hall is a very large and can fit any of our units, even 3 at a time. In winter many people take advantage of our 2 for 1 offer and have the slide and a bouncy castle at the same time! There is a large kitchen for food preparation also. Great value! This hall is very large that we able to fit two of our largest castles and still will be a large area for the kids to play. 1. Q 1: What Happens If It Rains? A: Our bouncy castles have built-in shower covers, so a shower or two is no problem. If the weather is going to be too bad (heavy rain/high winds) on the day of your party we offer a free weather cancellation policy in bad weather conditions. We do not charge for weather related cancellations. Any cancellation must be done on the morning of your hire before 8am or you can contact us the night before your hire and we can tell you your expected delivery time which gives you chance to actually see what the weather is doing on the day. If you cancel when we arrive at your venue you will be charged 50% of your total hire price as a late cancellation charge so please call us if you have any concerns. We reserve the right to cancel all deliveries with no charge to the customer in bad weather conditions that could make the inflatable unsafe for use, especially if the inflatable has to be put on concrete. Q 2: What time will you arrive? A: We normally deliver between 8:00am and 12pm. If you have a specific time in mind, let us know and we will deliver before this time. If you have a hall or venue hired for a set period, we will arrange our bookings around you. Q 3: How long can I keep the bouncy castle? A: We normally deliver between 8am and 12pm. Our collection time is from 6pm, if you want a later collection, you will need to have an overnight booking. When you make your booking we will talk about collection times and check the time of your party to make sure your collection fits around your arrangements. Q 4: Do You Offer Discounts on larger bookings? A: Yes. Please email us or call with your requirements. Tell us about your event including dates, times, location and the items you require. Q 5: What Condition Are Your Bouncy Castles In? A: All of our bouncy castles and inflatables are in pristine condition. We guarantee our units will be clean and in good condition. Q 6: Can I hire a bouncy castle overnight? A: We can arrange overnight hire for an additional cost of £10-£20 but we can ONLY leave a bouncy castle overnight in a SECURE garden. Our overnight charge starts at 6pm and you must take responsibility for all our equipment. Q 7:Can we move the bouncy castle? A: No, for safety reasons once the bouncy castle has been delivered and installed and our staff have left, it must not be moved under any circumstances. Q 8: Can your bouncy castles be used indoors? A: Yes, we set up bouncy castles indoor in venues such as community centres, village halls, schools, nurseries and churches. We provide sand bags in these situations to secure the units. Q 9: Can I book at the last minute? A: You can leave it until the day of your event to book but don't be surprised if we have no availability. In the summer months, we recommend booking in advance and for bank holiday weekends, you should book well in advance as castles are in heavy demand. Q 10: Do you give a discount if I hire a more than one bouncy castle at a time? A: Yes, we can give £5-£10 discounts, depends on your booking. You can contact us to arrange a discount for multiple bouncy castle hires (indoor only). Q 11: What should I do before you arrive? A: Our bouncy castles are delivered on a sack barrow so we need clear access for this. Make sure paths and access to your garden are free of obstacles and minimum 2½ ft wide. We carry extension cables so the castle must be within 30m of a power supply - it is unsafe to join cables. You should also check that the area is free of debris, and clear up after any animals that you have had in your garden. Either a flat suitably sized grass area or if you are using a hall then please check the height of the venue against the height of the unit ordered or check with us. We do everything else that is required including delivery, setup and collection, We supply all the equipment required including safety crash mats, raincover, extension cables and anchor stakes or sandbags to secure the inflatable. Please have the payment ready in cash for when the driver delivers the unit. Q 12: What sort of surface do you need for the bouncy castle? A: Bouncy castles, slides and our other inflatables situated outdoors need to be on a reasonably flat grassy or concrete area. The area needs to be completely free of any sharp stones, objects, dog mess or excessive mud, otherwise out teams won't leave the inflatables. Q 13: How long do you need to set-up and take down a bouncy castle? A: It takes between 15 and 20 minutes to set up a bouncy castle and about 15 to 20 minutes to take it down. Q 14: Who will keep my child safe on a castle? A: The hirer is responsible for ensuring that there is adult supervision of the unit and equipment, and the people using it, at all times. Q 15: Do I need to keep the blower running? A: Yes, the blower must be running constantly whilst the bouncy castle, slide or combo is in use. If there is a sudden change in weather and there is strong winds or heavy rain, clear all the children off the unit and switch off the blower and let the unit deflate. Q 16: What happens if I have a problem with a bouncy castle or other equipment on the day? A: Rest assured we are always contactable. You need to call us immediately if any problem arises. We will endeavour to sort out a problem as quickly as we can. Q 17: Do you supply safety mats? A: Yes, we supply the necessary safety mats with every bouncy castle which comply to current Health and Safety Regulations. Q 18: What Areas Do You Cover? Our Adult castles are suitable for children of all ages. We advise that children and adults do not use a bouncy castle at the same time. Q 20: Do you hire bouncy castles and inflatables suitable for adults? A: Yes. We have a Disco Dome and 4 adult bouncy castles. Q 21: Can you supply staff to supervise the bouncy castles?
