He has starred worldwidein such rolesBilly Budd, Pelléas, Eugene Onegin, Don Giovanni andFigaro.His concert repertoire includes Carmina Burana, Lieder Eines Fahrenden Gesellen, Elijah, Messiah, Ein Deutches Requiem and, most notably, Britten's War Requiem, which he has sung at the Cincinnati May Festival, the LAOpera Britten100 Festival, and with the Nashville Symphony.In recital with pianist Emily Hamper, Phillip has performed many of the great works of the art song tradition to audiences in Canada, the U.S., France and Australia.
