People are waking up as our world faces Covid-19, racism, sexual abuse and exploitation, social justice/criminal justice reform, climate change and the intended and unintended deaths of many, while we shelter at home and try to adapt to rapid changes in our lives. How can we keep from losing heart, feeling isolated, and draw on our inner and outer resources? How can we support each other as community during such fearful, painful, and uncertain times? The Lexington Shambhala Center warmly invites you to our series of gatherings for check-in support, open conversation, and expressions of basic sanity via Zoom. To participate in this practice, students need to have an established practice of shamatha meditation and to have already received instruction in White Tara practice.
