当院は糖尿病、高血圧、高脂血症などの生活習慣病の患者さんに、その人に合った生活習慣指導（食事指導・運動指導）を行うことで可能な限り投薬しない治療方針での診療を行っています。当院の糖尿病治療目標は血糖コントロールの正常化であり、それを可能な限り投薬しない方法で実践しています。糖尿病治療の情報はネットにあふれており混沌としていますが、血糖値が正常化すれば糖尿病の合併症は起きないというのは動かない事実と言えます。すべての医療機関がそういう治療方針であるべきと思いますが、HbA1cは６％台ならばいいとしている病院、診療所がほとんどで、HbA1c5.5％未満という健常者同等の維持を治療目標としている病院はないのが現状です。糖尿病治療の“ゆとり教育化”ともいえるこの現状は１０－２０年たったら改められると思いますが、それでは今治療中の人たちは間に合いません。高血圧、高脂血症については薬物療法の効果が大きいのは事実ですが、薬物に頼り、生活習慣の改善を行わずたくさんの薬を飲んでいる人がたくさんいる現状は問題と考えています。副作用を考えてもできるだけ少ない薬で治療すべきなのは明白です。病院に行くと薬が出されてしまうのがいやで、受診せずに自力（食事・運動）で治したいとお考えの方がたくさん居られますが、自力での治療は評価ができないために時に危険を伴いますので、そういう方が安心して治療ができるよう支援をしています。 また、待ち時間を極力すくなくするために完全予約診療とさせていただいております。病院にかかればどこでも同じ治療をしてもらえるとお考えの方が多いのですが、生活習慣病治療に関しては特に行く病院によって変わります。行く病院によってその後の人生が変わると言っても過言ではありません。よくお考えの上通院する病院を決めていただきたいと思います。休診：土曜日、日曜日、祝日＊ 診療時間を十分確保するため、またお待たせしない診療を実現するため、初診、再診ともに予約制です。必ず御予約のうえ御来院ください。<<< Thank you for your visit >>>
