Causeway Connection Expands Service! 09.22.20 2:54 pm

The Causeway Connection will be increasing service on September 28, 2020. The service expansion increases the number of trips connecting the City of Davis with Sacramento to a total of thirty trips (15 in each direction), an increase of twenty trips from the current schedule! Customers are advised to visit causewayconnection.com to obtain the most up to date information and schedules.

All paratransit reservations systems and records are currently inaccessible, so we ask that all our customers that utilize the Yolobus Special service and have standing reservations, or upcoming reservations, please call us at 530-666-2877 and speak with a customer service representative to confirm and/or reschedule your trip.

Yolobus Holiday Schedules for Labor Day 2020 09.04.20 8:11 am

In observance of Labor Day, Yolobus services will be operating under Holiday Schedules on Monday, September 7, 2020. The following routes/services will be running on holiday schedules: Route 42A/B; Route 35; Route 40; Route 211; Route 212; Route 215 Route 240.No other services will be operating. Conditions have been updated and roads are open again to and from Cache Creek. Yolobus Route 215 will resume service to all stops as long as fire fighting crews allow. Yolobus service always prioritizes the safety of its riders and operators, and service conditions may change again without notice. Visit yolobus.com for current info. Effective July 1, 2020 Yolobus Service to Reinstitute Fare Collection 06.12.20 12:27 pm

On Wednesday, July 1, 2020, all Yolobus services will reinstitute fare collection for applicable riders and services. Face coverings are required to be worn at all times while riding and waiting for bus service, though customers will once again have the option to board through the front doors. Due to large crowds and heavy traffic congestion anticipated in the downtown Sacramento area this afternoon, Yolobus will be suspending service to downtown Sacramento bus stops beginning at 1:30 p.m. Route 42 A/B service will be available at the Merkley Transit Center in West Sacramento located at West Capitol and Merkley.

Yolo County recently announced a new health order that requires wearing face coverings in public, including while riding public transportation. COVID-19 Update: Rear Door Entry 04.01.20 2:38 pm

Yolobus is transitioning to fare-free rear door boarding effective immediately. Passengers requiring ADA ramps, utilizing mobility devices or need priority seating may continue to use the front door for boarding. Rear door boarding will be in effect until further notice. Beginning September 1, 2019 kids can ride at no cost to school, the movies, recreational activities, after school programs or anywhere that Yolobus fixed route bus service and YOUR Ride (Knights Landing microtransit) travels.The free rides for youth pilot program is subject to available capacity of routes and schedules in effect. Youths will be expected to adhere to all passenger rules, and Yolobus is asking that High School and Middle School kids be prepared to show their school student ID if requested by the driver.A complete schedule to all Yolobus destinations and stops can be found at yolobus.com or by calling (530) 666-BUSS (2877).
