The longer Tennessee continues to dig into its own dirty laundry the greater the likelihood they damage the program worse than they would leaving it under the direction of a coach most have long-since deemed incapable. The only things that can come from extending the pressurized bargaining shenanigans are uncovering major violations leading to crippling sanctions, increased bleeding of an already weakened roster, diminishing the attractiveness of the opportunity for recruits and prospective coaches, or all of the above.Jeremy Pruitt hasn’t earned the right to continue as Tennessee’s Head Coach but he also doesn’t deserve for his reputation to be damaged beyond repair.
