I needed to replace my old splint and the team went through the process of informing the process of replacement, as well as what new options were available since the manufacture of the old splint. I opted for the new splint and as with all things new, there was some fine adjustments to be made. I used a CPAP (hated it) and mouth guard in the past hated them took them off after an hour or just couldn't sleep with them at all. The new mouth guard from sleep wise I take off when I wake up after a good night sleep with no discomfort, frustration or mouth restriction. The dental appliances they make now are state of the art lightweight nylon material super strong. Previously I kept breaking my appliance due to grinding and they always repaired or improved the design to make it keep working for me. Besides snoring I was suffering bad depression due to the fatigue that comes with sleep apnoea. Since getting my appliance I have been a new person.
