Graduate education provides an excellent background for careers in private business, government service or research. The programs offered are in the sub-disciplines of agricultural and resource economics, forest economics and rural environmental sociology.Accepting applications for our 12 month course-based Master of Agriculture program in REES. The program runs from September 2020 to August 2021. We will begin accepting applications starting December 1, 2019.REESA is the governing body for REES graduate students. Composed of Master's and PhD students in the program who are elected to the various positions within the association.The REES Graduate Student Handbook outlines in detail the faculty resources, regulations, procedures, program requirements, and courses available to achieve the purpose and goals of graduate education through the Department.The Department of Resource Economics and Environmental Sociology (REES) Seminar Series brings together some of the experts in agricultural, resource, and environmental economics, as well as the sociology of environment, food, and natural resources. Workshops are generally held on Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:30 pm.
