Inside, the authentic post-and-beam structuring of the Grand Ballroom is sure to enchant your guests. Since we only host one wedding per day on the property, your special day is our top priority. On-site Coordination Our Wedding Coordinations are available throughout the entire planning process. The Red Barn can accommodate intimate gatherings as small as 75 guests and larger affairs up to 220 guests for the ceremony and reception. CeremoniesMultiple ceremony sites are available to couples who would like all of their wedding festivities to take place at the same location. The Wedding Garden is located on a secluded lawn with a charming gazebo and beautiful sugar maple tree. Inside ceremonies take place in the Grand Ballroom in front of the fireplace. ReceptionReceptions begin with Cocktail Hour, which takes place out on the covered veranda space and inside in the Foyer. Guests then travel into the Grand Ballroom for the remainder of the reception for dinner and dancing. CuisineAll catering is done in house except for the dessert. LocationThe Outlook FarmThe Red Barn is nestled on the overlook on the Outlook Farm property. Once a working farm, The Outlook is now home to the Links at Outlook Golf Course and the Outlook Tavern. Our newest addition to the Outlook Farm family, The Stage House Inn, is located in historic downtown South Berwick. With weddings, golf tournaments, live music on the Tavern patio, and even snow shoeing on the golf course during the winter months there is never a dull moment on the property.
