I'm here to help you overcome your greatest life challenges.I'm also here to encourage you through seasons of sadness, anxiety and depression. Why the Wife Coach?I'm aLMSW who has had the privilege of coaching and advising wives over the past18 years. I've also been married for 15 years, and have three beautiful daughters. In 2003, my husband and I founded a non-profit organization called the Marriage Mentoring Network Inc.(TMN) designed to strengthen the quality of relationships among married couples. Today, TMN impacts hundreds of couples and carries an international presence. Ispend much of my time leading marriage seminars and conference calls,whilementoring wives both domestically and abroad.

All of these experiences have greatly contributed towards my present coaching expertise. But perhaps the single greatest contribution hasbeen my relationship with My Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.Through this relationshipI have discovered thetruemeaning of self, and how critical it is in fulfilling my purpose. I've becomeempowered to make positive changes in my life, even as I encourageothers to do the same.Andlastly, I have learned the value of servanthood, and the connecting traits that God requires of me as aChristian wife.This is what equips me to be there for you.

Youcan become a successful wife. Whatever goals youwish to reach, whatever peace you wish to experience, it can happen, but you must be willing to remain committed and consistent inapplying those pertinent life lessons.Acquiring the knowledge and skills to become a successfulwife is only part of the equation; application and long-term commitment are the keys. My job is to inspire you towards greater successin each of these areas.

I am extremelythankful formy role as a wife. I love my husband and three children deeply. I am excited abouttending to them each day, and making sure that their living environment is one full of love, joy, and peace. My hope is to ignite this same passion within the lives of wives around the world. I want them to experience what I experience each and every day, even when the issues of life appear to be overwhelming.

Class Overview:

Are you tired of the insane behaviors that surround you? Deviant people, relationships, that suck you dry and deplete you of your energy. This class"Staying Sane in an Insane World"is for you.

We struggle with our own pursuit of happiness and the maintenance of our joy, especially in our relationships. Worry, depression, doubt, anxiety, anger, confusion, feelings of guilt and shame all stem from our past experiences and our thoughts around the hectic, pressured demands of home and culture around us. This challenges us to remain sane in an insane world.

In this class The Wife Coach will discuss how to confront these matters in your life, how to have a better prospective, and how to become healthier and not allow the demands of people to push you over the edge. We will also discuss mental health, mental disorders and treatments. How to manage negative thoughts, negative people, negative emotions of guilt and shame from your past will be foundational to this course. The class will also entail how to forgive and God's optimum plan and purpose for your life as a believer.

We will also discuss howto remain sane in your marriage with a focus on confronting issues like infidelity and abuse.

Ladies, I want you to know that living a sane and peaceful life will not happen on its own. It is a process. We must strive for it with intentionality. No man, no kids, no mentor can give it to us unless we seek to receive it from God by doing things His way. This class will offer the tools you need by giving you skill sets and Bible references that will strengthen you and your relationships.
