Due to the presence of COVID-19 in the State and in the City and County of Denver, the District’s operations will be limited to performing Essential Infrastructure and Essential Governmental Functions.​We are temporarily making the following changes:​The District’s Offices will be closed to the public except by appointment.For HOA: Please address your concerns by sending an email to info@gvrhoa.com.For Metro District: Please call 303-307-3242 or email info@gvrmetrodistrict.com.​These changes will be in effect until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience; the District is trying to do its part to slow the spread of COVID-19 to the greatest extent possible. In response to public awareness and CDC and State recommendations the GVR Master Homeowners Association will not hold In Person meetings until further notice.Colorado has declared a State of Emergency and most public entities are recommending all Non-Essential public gatherings be halted. Virtual Board meetings and Committee meetings will take place at the regularly scheduled time viaa conference line. Board members and committee members will be available for discussions with homeowners regarding appeals and disputes.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work towards public safety in our community.
