I have published several books and articles on diet and health, especially in the women’s health area, and you may also have seen me on TV or heard me on the radio.

I don't use mumbo-jumbo and I don't sell pills or potions. My degree is based in science and my training is also evidence based.

Dietitians are qualified and regulated health professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public-health level.

We use the most up-to-date public health and scientific research on food, health and disease which they translate into practical guidance to enable people to make appropriate lifestyle and food choices.

As a life coach I help people attain their health goals in life, so as well as diet, I will look at issues that may be holding you back such as activity levels and stress.

This is how I do it: If you want, you can have a 10 minute introductory chat for free You will be seen in a 1:1 situation This will be via in person or via internet/telephone/e-mail I use a coaching style called motivational interviewing Appointments are for about an hour Handouts and resources will be made available during consultations where appropriate

I work very much in a bespoke manner so that your consultations will focus on you and your needs rather than a ready-made package
