Expect orders requiring assembly to take up to 48 (usally less than 24) hours to assemble and 2 or 3 days in the mail. If it will be longer than that, I will post it here. Orders placed after 8am Central on Thursday, 5/27, may not be filled until Monday the 31st (see you in El Paso) This is kind of a catch-all combo-maker for the upper-tier air wood blades and rubbers. I have just a huge number of makes and styles under this menu. The primary variables involves are the outer ply (Koto or Limba) and the inner core (5 or 7 ply). Koto is said to be crisper and limba softer. I find that the 5 ply version of these blades is a little brighter toned with less dwell and the 7 ply is a little softer with more, although both are probably the same speed. This isn't necessarilly what you would expect. Complicating matters, I have several of the previous batches with colored handles, and now introducing the "AOS Naturals Wood" in K5, K7, L5, and L7. Shown are the L7 (left), K5 (right), and in the middle is a new version of touch05, which stained koto outer and two inner core layers of hardenend ayous. Probably slightly faster than the others. Then there are some other older models on the list as well only available stained. So for those newer models, I'm adding a fourth (ugh!) option button for the natural series. OUT OF STOCK L5 and L7 flared in stained. (only naturals) Comes with eliptic case, tape, cut-to-fit adhesive plastics ready to play.. Penholds will be gapped to just above 1/2" on the forehand side. A classic 7ply favorite in a classic look! Thicker core over modern fiber gives it the power to hit a winner from mid distance, but thick outer hinoki plies give it a good, woody feel and touch. Stiff and fairly fast. Works well for pips out no sponge too. Sorry, out of stock straight and flared. Comes with eliptic case, tape, cut-to-fit adhesive plastics ready to play. Plies: 5W Why buy a premade when you can get a custom-made racket at the same price? One of these blades combined with AirOriginals Scirrocco beats any name brand premade under $60 that I've ever seen. For the majority of people who would use this setup, 1.8 is probably the most appropriate thickness. Current touch01 handle and case are blue themed. Touch01 with with slightly thinner handle available in flared. Scirrocco is on a really nice, medium-soft cake sponge. I'm happier with this offering than I've ever been. Comes with round case, tape, cut-to-fit adhesive plastics ready to play.. Penholds will be gapped to just above 1/2" on the forehand side. Out of stock FLARED, probably till late May. The straights are nice though, I promise. Anyway, I'll be out of this rubber though soon, too. Sorry, having bounce-back sales from the lockdown that I didn't really expect. With a Air Touch01 Blade and thin-sponged rubbers, this is an ideal choice for beginners, kids, or anyone needing a very lightweight setup with reasonable spin and tons of control. With Defender it has more tospin kick and more of a control loop feel while still chopping well at 1.7 and is really more allaround than defensive. Burst is a somewhat tacky topsheet on the mid to firm gambler blue diamond sponge. 999t is the tackiest option, good for heavy serves and flat pushes. Comes with round case, tape, plastic protectors ready to play. Penholds will be gapped to just above 1/2" on the forehand side. Even at it's ridiculously low price, the N11s is plenty of blade to push these full thickness, slightly tacky rubbers. 896 also available for a softer, loopier feel. Currently featuring Earth 2 soft, which has a thick, very soft sponge. It's spinny and has a little waxy look some would call tacky, but it's not really sticky and is listed as non-tacky. I guess this is kind of a thing now, called Liha. I thought people also may want them for nostalgia, or maybe something for the occasional guest who wants sandpaper. If I had to use one of these I'd quit playing immediately! I enjoy playing against one even less. Some guys like them heavy... you know who you are! But seriously, I have collected a lot of heavy blades over the years, and I have some in most makes. I sell a lot to people with pips or hardbat who want weight, but not enough.
