Catholic Central achieves that by fielding teams in fourteen interscholastic sports. All of the athletic teams strive for excellence. Many programs have Junior Varsity teams to allow additional participation. Many even have Freshman teams to give additional opportunities for development. Some sports have limited team size to insure that every one plays. Others are "no-cut" sports with no limits on participants. The Office of Campus ministry is a key asset in Catholic Central's mission. We recognize that during this time it is very difficult to schedule a physical for the 2020-2021 school year. If you were able to schedule/complete an updated physical for your son you can upload them to your son s Magnus account. If you are not able to schedule a physical, or prefer not to, we will accept only the MHSAA Questionnaire for this year. All students must have the MHSAA form filled out regardless of whether they plan to participate in a sport or not. Consider supporting local restaurants owned by CC alumni and families during these difficult times. Many are still open for delivery and curbside take out. Engaging Curriculum The Curriculum of Catholic Central High School is the result of careful planning and evaluation. It is designed to meet the special needs and interests of all students while developing skills and attitudes basic to our social, civic and economic life. The courses of study, offering an integrated Christian approach, are endorsed by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and lead to a fully accredited high school diploma. Aaron Hess - Alumnus "One of my favorite CC memories would be Sophomore year during our last game during JV football season, and our teammates mother was going through a breast cancer surgery that week. We were playing orchard lake and we ended up all wearing breast cancer pink for her support and won a close fought game. After the game we all ran to the grotto together and sang the alma mater and prayed. It was the definition of CC Brotherhood and the defining moment when our class came together as one group." E. He enjoys the teachers, his classes and his classmates. We as parents feel very blessed to have this superior school, with academic excellence - along with Catholic traditions - right in our own backyard.
