Cooking Instructions

From frozen, bake in 350°F oven for 10 minutes, cut in half and return to oven for a further 10 minutes. The crust should be golden brown and the cheese melting (careful it will be hot). Enjoy!

Each Battista’s calzone is made with homemade, tender dough from scratch. Then we add vibrant tomatoes cooked with a custom blend of herbs and spices. All varieties are filled with high quality, traditional Italian ingredients, 100% Canadian mozzarella cheese, folded to seal in the flavour, and baked to a golden brown.
