You can also exclude data, such as exclude maintenance work orders, invoiced calls, or internal/external providers. After your criteria is set, click Save Current Filter. Enter a name in the field, and then click Save Filter. Whenever you need to see these work orders, simply select your saved filter. No need to reselect the filters, just set it and forget it! For customers with MLI (multilevel invoicing), the "My Invoices" filter may be turned on by default. When you find the invoice, click Actions to approve, reject, or put on hold.
