The network edition Science Almanac of Black Sea Region Countries of-fers the Russian and foreign authors the information platform for the publication of the results of scientific researches in the field of historical and philosophical sciences, the theory and history of culture and also of cross-disciplinary researches covering complex environmental problems and health and safety of the Black Sea region.Purposes: creation of the integrated space of scientific communication according to the main orientation and subject of the journal for various categories of researchers; formation of the open scientific polemic promoting the improvement of quality of scientific researches and of level of training of experts. Reviewing. For ensuring the quality of the published materials, all materials coming to the editors` office undergo scientific reviewing. The leading Russian and foreign scientists historians, philosophers, culturologists and representatives of other scientific industries having scientific achievements and publications in the respective scientific areas enter into the structure of the editorial board and the editorial review board.The original scientific articles containing national and regional and interregional components; review articles, including the articles about the Russian and foreign schools of sciences and of outstanding scientists; reviews of books; the results of the international round tables and conferences containing debatable aspects of the considered problems are admitted to examination.Terms of publication. Cost of publication is 5,000 rubles. This amount includes: translation of the article into English; translation editing. The rest of the costs of production and publication of the journal are borne by the Founder.Language of publications. The journal publishes articles in English; the information about authors, the expanded annotation and key words are published in two languages (Russian and English). The translation is made by the employees of the editors` office having the corresponding qualification.International cooperation. For strengthening and expansion of scientific communications between the Russian and foreign scientists and the scientific organizations, the journal productively cooperates with the leading higher education institutions and scientific centers of Georgia, Moldova, Romania, involving reviewers and experts of the international level, actively participating in the events held by the founder. In the journal the advertizing materials devoted to the scientific and scientific and practical actions (or their scientific and technical products), carried out or planned by the founder and by the partner higher education institutions can be placed.Indexing. The journal is indexed in a lot of Russian and foreign databases; it is submitted on the platforms of online libraries.Since December 2, 2019, the journal has been included in in the list of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications in which the main scientific results of theses for the degree of Ph.D. of science, for the degree of Ph.D. (Advanced Doctorate) of sciences are to be published.
