A helicopter ride over the Himalayan ranges gave us an indescribable view of THE Mountain Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest). All our travel plans in Nepal were handled by Expedition Himalaya and they did an outstanding job of making our trip an unforgettable one. Neema Sherpa was our guide at the beginning of our trip and was our friend and still is, at the end of our trip. Neema made sure we were safe at all times and our welfare (not his) was his prime concern truly a loyal friend. Neema also made sure we knew the next day s itinerary, the condition of the tracks, the altitude and approximate trekking time. Every morning he asked us how we felt and was ever watchful for signs of altitude sickness.Nabin Trital the Manager was in frequent contact with Neema making sure we had acclimatised and everything was running smoothly and safely. Nabin was also very flexible in that, if we decided to ditch road travel for air travel he would get our tickets within minutes and we would be flying either the same day or the next. Nabin also changed the itinerary to suit our flight times.Would we travel with Expedition Himalaya again you bet we would, on the proviso that Neema and Nabin are at the helm!Thank you Expedition Himalaya in particular Neema and Nabin for a tour to remember. I d been thinking of crossing Tilman s pass since 2009 and Expedition Himalay s team helped us achieve our goal to be honest we completely couldn t have successfully crossed Tilman s Pass without them.The lead guide (Kami Sherpa) was attentive, supportive and a great leader of the team. The cook (Gombu Sherpa) effectively acted as a second guide as well as a cook and was also really good. The porters and the kitchen boys were excellent as well. I think this was also an adventure for them and they all said it was a much tougher trek than the usual Everest Base Camp/Annapurna type treks.We thoroughly enjoyed all our time in Nepal and hope to do something with Expedition Himalaya again soon.Once again, many thanks to Expedition Himalaya for all the help.Nigel Sue Excellent expedition support for our mountaneering expedition in the kanchenjunga area. Nabin and his staff have been outstanding with pre expedition communication and organizing all the permits. During the trip they organized all porters and Excellent gear and expedition cooks. They had everything so well organised that we didn’t have to worry about a thing as everything ran smoothly our whole trip!Neema Sherpa was an unreal guide constantly telling us info about the surrounding mountains, trekking conditions and altitude so that we had an enjoyable time but also felt extremely safe throughout our trek! I became unwell towards the end of the trip and Neema and the wonderful porters took great care of me
