I was gonna pay 4 installments to pay for the shoes any not only did they take out the first payment outta four but I also got charged 75.25 from you for the complete purchase price. They told me numerous times I'd get the money 25 to 48 hours but now they r saying it's going to be 5 to 7 more days until the money is released back to card. We had to spend HALF the cost of them (they were on July 4th sale) to return them, and cannot exchange because we'd have to just REORDER, which would cost even more because they're not on sale any longer. To top it off, we have to wait 10-12 BUSINESS days to receive our refund. Had we been able to order these through Amazon, they would've had a *free* return AND as soon as the package is dropped off at UPS, Amazon issues the refund. GET WITH THE PROGRAM, DC SHOES!
