seasons We have two seasons.... (SUMMER) that runs Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March, Apr... The (WINTER) season is from May, June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct.... What species we target will largely depend on the season. Individual bookings Individual Bookings are welcome on WEEKEND MORNING sessions only (ie: Sat-Sun mornings). WHOLE BOAT BOOKINGS Whole Boat bookings are welcome (7) days per week Morning and Afternoons. WHERE TO FIND US Cronulla Public Wharf is approx 20min via road from Sydney Airport and there is plenty of non timed parking along Tonkin Street which is an easy stroll from the wharf. For those that wish to use public transfer, Cronulla Train Station is approx 200m away. MOTION SICKNESS We must remember, we are out on the open ocean and it is always better to come prepared. Visit your chemist or doctor for sea sickness tablets/remedies. We recommend Travelcalm Originals or Kwells. We do not recommend Ginger. If you are still concerned, check with a pharmacist and remember to eat lightly before embarking. Food Drinks Food Drinks are BYO. If you are going to bring alcohol, please bring cans not bottles. WHAT TYPE OF FISH Species off Sydney are very seasonal, so the time of year will depend on what species we are chasing. As a general guide we fish for: Snapper, Morwong, Pig Fish, Longfin Perch, Gummy Shark, Mako Shark, Flathead, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, Australian Salmon, Bonito, etc…. WHICH BOAT TO BOOK All of our fishing boats have the same equipment, skippers and fish the same reefs therefore it doesn’t really matter what boat you book... have a look at each of them and see what features stand out more for YOU ! FISHING EQUIPMENT Every fishing trip is lead by Experienced fishing guides and skippers that have been fishing the waters off Sydney for 20+years. All fishing equipment, bait, licences, etc, are all included. If you wish to bring your favourite rod and reel, please feel free…. we will help you set it up if you need assistance. CAN YOU KEEP YOUR FISH Yes you get to keep what you catch… we also gut, clean and bag them for you to take home. ALTHOUGH, we do encourage people to only take what they are going to eat… WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS Light rain is no problem, as we have undercover enclosed areas keeping you warm and protected. Bring a spray jacket if it looks like rain. In heavy rain and rough conditions, for your own safety we do not go to sea and we will refund you 100% so you can re-book another day.. WHAT TO BRING Hat, Sunglasses, Warm jumper and wet weather gear if it looks like rain… Also, you want o bring your favourite rod along, please do.
