He quickly figured out why our ac wasn’t blowing cold air. The condensation pump is old and needs replacing. He gave me the option of having them replace it, but also let me know I could replace it because it is a very simple fix. He was happy to fix it, but wanted to give us the opportunity to save some money since it is something I could do myself. I originally didn’t know who to call, but I’m relieved I went with Superior. Due to their honesty I will be using them in the future if I have any issues. Thanks Brad Christiaens5/12/2020 I am new to Superior Water and Air. They have been to my house twice and so far there service has been great ! There warranty plan is very reasonably priced. The best I have ever seen !! Well worth the cost to have everything covered. Came out to do a yearly flush on my Tank less water system and also to see what was leaking on my furnace system. Jake Mitchell was my technician and did an outstanding job on repairing my leak and cleaning out my Tank Less water system. There warranty program is outstanding more people should check into it, you can save a lot of $$$$ in the long run. A Google User8/28/2018 We had a water softener installed. Our process was seamless. On the day of our install, Daniel and his crew showed up on time and got right to business. Jeff stopped in as well to make sure that we were all set and to assure us that we were in capable hands. What impressed us the most was how hard Daniel, Ricardo, and Luis worked to insure that our system was up and running before they left our home.
