Harvester Archers is closed and our beginners courses suspended for the foreseeable future in line with government guidelines regarding COVID-19,This is to reduce all non-essential contact with others and to play our part in beating coronavirus. Our priority is the health and safety of our members. Welcome Harvester Archers is a target archery club with a long established history Our aims are to practice and promote Archery and to encourage anyone interested to take up this fascinating sport. Membership will be open to all irrespective of age or ability. We will assistevery member to shoot to the best of their ability and help them achieve through recognised classifications and competitions. The Club is run in accordance to the guidance issued by Archery GB and yet whilst we have rules and a management committee we pride ourselves on being a friendly open Club. Club nights are Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.We shoot indoors from Oct – March between 18:00 – 21:00 Monday and Wednesday and on Sunday 13:00 – 16:00 at the Rossington Community Sports Village, Bond Street, Rossington, Doncaster,DN11 0BZAnd outdoors at the same times from April - September at the same venue. The Club holds Beginners Courses and 'Have a Go's' throughout the year.  "Having never held a bow let alone shot an arrow, I attended the begineers course with some trepidation. However, I was made to feel very welcome by all.The training provided was very clear and concise and given in a very friendly atmosphere. By the end of the course, with the instructions from coaches I am able to handle a bow and shoot withconfidence. Needless to say I have since joined the Harvester Archers and enjoy attending the meets, they are very sociable, and thanks to the advice from various members of the club I have purchasedand set up my own equipment.Thoroughly enjoyable!!"Kevin DJuly 2014
