We have promoted and will continue to promote compliance with the guidelines that have been issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We do this to protect both our customers and our associates. The nationwide social distancing guidelines have been extended through April 30th. Listed below are some of the measures we have taken to ensure the safety of everyone at our locations: We are following CDC guidelines for: hand washing and hygiene, cleaning and disinfecting all frequently contacted surfaces, social distancing for all interactions, and ensuring associates who are sick or have household members who are sick stay at home. We are continuing to make deliveries from our yards. Deliveries will remain contactless, with our drivers taking delivery photos in lieu of signatures and adhering to the 6 feet social distancing recommendations. Customer copies will be left on the material under the banding. We have partnered with our vendors and asked that all truck drivers for inbound deliveries remain in their truck, call the store to notify them of deliveries, and not enter the store. Our associates are ready and willing to safely assist all customers. We suggest that you contact your local store to make arrangements for will-call orders and hands-free pickup in an attempt to adhere to social distancing practices. Please call ahead prior to picking up your order so our staff will ensure that we have it ready for pickup. It is our goal to minimize customers physically entering our stores to reduce potential exposure between customers and our associates. If a customer only needs an item or two, they can wait in our parking lot and an associate will come out and assist you from a safe social distance. For larger orders we will try to get the material pulled as quickly as possible so we can call you back. For any project related questions or assistance, please consult your sales representative or local store via phone, text, fax or email to discuss your needs.
