Energy Conservation Tax Credit Prince George's County Council establishes a tax credit for residential homeowners who utilize solar or geothermal energy conservation devices. Homeowners installing new heating, hot water, or electric generation systems using an alternative energy source such as solar or geothermal, would be eligible for a tax credit up to $1,500 for a hot water supply system and up to $5,000 for a heating system. Internet Reporting of Crimes in Hyattsville A Hyattsville Police Department notice that their crime reports are easily available on line at a website that stores reports from various police departments in a Google-map-indexed database. It allows you to use your address to generate a listing of local crimes near you along with a Google map pinpointing the crime locations. You may also sign up for periodic reports delivered via e-mail on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and vary other parameters of the report you receive, i.e. the radius of coverage and the crime type.
