Its developers have struck a great balance between providing a wealth of features without making it overly complicated to use those features. The system is easy to use and navigate. The labels that you can use to mark documents as privileged or not is very useful. Logikcull makes it easy to track, redact, produce, and provide records and privilege logs. There is a chat feature to ask questions as they come up during the process. The OCR works great. Logikcull helped us achieve success in a class action lawsuit where we represented over 10,000 people in California prisons. With Logikcull’s help, our small team was able to effectively manage the thousands of pages of discovery, something that would have been almost impossible without it. The user interface is very clean and easy to understand. The layout of the tagging menu and viewing pane are really nice compared to other document review programs.
