Earl quickly developed a diverse customer base, and soon was building specialized assembly machines and high quality tooling for leading companies across Southwest Ohio.From these roots West Troy became an established manufacturer for automotive, consumer, and industrial customers. In 2000 his son, Warren Davidson, joined the company after serving as an Army officer. Over time, Warren successfully transitioned the company from a small job shop into a high-volume contract manufacturing company. Warren purchased West Troy from Earl in 2005.KC and Tom McKee formed RK Metals as an expansion of their successful manufacturers rep business.  Customers liked the McKee’s practical, service-oriented approach to contract manufacturing and the business continued to grow.  After nearly two decades, the McKee’s sold RK Metals in 2014 to Doug Tyger. In late 2014, Doug partnered with Warren to merge West Troy and RK Metals.  This combination created economies of scale to better serve customers. The company was renamed Integral Manufacturing in late 2015.  This new name reinforces that a successful contract manufacturing company is integral to its customers.  By utilizing the variety of expertise found at RK Metals, West Troy, and WTTM (tooling automation), customers benefit.Doug is now the President and CEO of Integral Manufacturing. Warren is now Congressman Warren Davidson, proudly representing Ohio’s 8th district.  Warren is no longer affiliated with Integral, RK Metals, WTTM, or West Troy.   Earl Davidson still makes his rounds at West Troy and WTTM – providing tips and showing his appreciation to the employees.  KC and Tom McKee still represent the company and are frequently spotted at RK Metals helping out wherever needed.
