About Me Welcome to the website of David Whittington, ASCC. For all enquiries please click here: ContactA coach in his natural environment!I m David Whittington, a British Weightlifting Level Two coach, and fully accredited UKSCA strength and conditioning coach. I am also a registered REPS member and hold numerous approved qualifications. Crucially these qualifications are backed up by over a decade of experience working as a coach and trainer with people of all abilities.I was lead strength and conditioning coach for several sports teams at the prestigious University of Birmingham, where I learned a great deal about the requirements of individuals and teams across a variety of sporting disciplines. As the University was consistently ranked in the top 3 sporting universities in Britain during my time there, I was fortunate enough to be able to work with athletes from grass roots to fully fledged international competitors.I have since become a fully independent strength and conditioning coach working primarily within Birmingham, with a great degree of success.
