Our House is a fun, iconic, 80s song that s also become overused in pop culture and advertising. But when Allstate demonstrates their bundling feature by showing a woman towing her beautiful blue house with her small Prius (the same color!), it works and is pretty amusing. And that poor paperboy pedaling along and trying to get the paper on the porch haha. Though I ve definitely seen the whole literally moving the house thing in an ad before, and it s bothering me that I don t remember what it was for. Erin Alexis is the woman driving.Jamie rolls up in his minivan onto a set like a VIP baller. He explains that he was born for this to protect people and help them save with a home and auto bundle from Progressive. And now it s Primetime! But snap back to reality and it turns out that Jamie s shown up for set for a commercial that he s not even in. Whoops. McDonald s, in their newest celeb-endorsed meal enlists BTS. It s also the first McDonald s celebrity meal to be offered globally. The BTS Meal has a 10 piece Chicken McNuggets, a Coke, medium Fries, and 2 exclusive sauces picked by BTS: Sweet Chili sauce and Cajun. And it ll undoubtedly be a huge seller .regardless of the fact that minus the sauces, everything else is stuff you can always get at Mickey D s. I kinda wish McDonald s would create these meals with actual new items, but I m sure that would be risky and way too much R D. But it s really about the merch, right? The sauces do sound intriguing though. By the way, the song in the ad is their newest, called Butter. If you haven t followed the NFL in a while, you might not know about DK Metcalf. But in just two short years, he s established himself as one of the league s best wide receivers. He s ridiculously fast too. Another fun fact about DK Metcalf is that he loves strawberry Nesquik. So who better to endorse a product than an actual fan? DK encounters the Nesquik Bunny in his house and asks for a strawberry from the Nesquik-filled fridge. Nope, that s chocolate. That s vanilla! There we go strawberry. Bunnies up! Do you find this one charming, creepy, or somewhere in between? Personally, I think it’s charming and like it.Hapless Jason is tossing around the frisbee with his buddy, and he errantly throws it onto the roof. Oops. Just then, McKayla Maroney swoops in to save the day with some stunning gymnastic feats. My foot hurts just from watching from the landing on that shingled roof, but McKayla is not like us mere mortals. Frisbee recovered! Stuff like sharing a plate of sticky wings, eating from a buffet, and swapping sweat with strangers. A lot of it is messy, but it s the mess we miss. And here comes the debate: is it a cathartic celebration of life, or an irresponsible ad promoting activities that could now be seen as reckless? What do you think? Anyway, the woman in this spot says LL Flooring had all the answers. As she contently lies on her new floor, she starts talking about it. She loves the name: Bellawood Artisan s Manhattan Chevron. Oooh sounds luxurious. She rolls around and then turns to her dog, and now she can see why he s down there all the time. Welcome to floor love! Anyone know who the attractive woman in this ad is?
