FYI: ASSESSING UPDATE
Rick Earls, from Cross Country Appraisal Group (CCAG), will be visiting properties on behalf of the Assessing Office to verify that assessment data is accurate; visits will occur during the month of October. Mr. Earls will wear identification and his vehicle will be marked. He will mainly focus on properties that have transferred in the last year so we have the most accurate sales data.
We encourage all residents to watch our video on the Role of the Assessor, posted on the town’s website. It will clear up many questions you may have on how we go about the important work of fairly assessing all properties in the town.
If you have further questions about property valuation and how it relates to your tax bill, please call 603-526-1243 to request more information or to schedule an appointment.

ATTENTION NEW LONDON VOTERS
The Supervisors of the Checklist will hold a public session for the State General Election on Saturday, October 29, 2022 between 9:00am and 9:30am at the town offices to accept voter registration applications. Please bring photo id, proof of domicile (driver’s license and or bill with address) and citizenship (passport or birth certificate).
No additions or corrections shall be made to the checklist after this session until after the State General Election November 8, 2022
