A revaluation of property assessments in the Town of Dunn shall occur for the 2022 assessment year. The approximate dates of the revaluation notices being sent to the property owners is expected to be in September, 2022 Please notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in state law (secs. 943.13 and 943.15, Wis. Stats.). The market has changed and assessed values no longer reflect the current market.The State of Wisconsin is a market value state. This means property values are required to mirror the fair market value of comparable properties to ensure property owners are paying their fair share of taxes.The Assessor will be in town from April to September doing evaluations.Ifyou have any questions, please contact the Chairman or the Assessor.
