We use a 15 passenger van from Sternberg Truck and Van Rental. When I returned home to Minnesota, I realized I had left my iPad somewhere in Kentucky. Within a week, Brian Sternberg emailed me to say my iPad was found in a company van and he graciously offered to mail it to me. That is AAA++ customer service and I am so grateful. It was for my company, the task was dropped on me to move the items as quickly as possible, the next day to have them on the way. Of course I had used the other rental companies in the area before, and I tried to set one on reservation for the next day, to no avail. We needed to keep the cost in line to do the job, one of the local companies had the cargo van, it was almost as much as the bigger 16 foot box truck. The other companies had none to rent. I had never used Sternberg before. I did not want to do a online reservation, because my company was paying for the rental. I called Sternberg and spoke to a very nice person and they got everything set up very easily. In no time my reservation was all set. Next day when I came in to Sternberg to pick up my rental, the staff greeted me like they knew me, the office was very clean. The whole process was very fast to get me on the way. I was going to return the van after hours, the staff pointed out where the van and the keys needed to go. I was very happy with how nice I was treated, and very surprised on clean everything was.
