Our commercial grade castings follow the same quality standards and processes, minus the certifications. At C & L, our philosophy focuses on Quality, Delivery and Exemplary Customer Service.We FeatureC & L Aluminum Foundry, Inc. features a wide variety of sand casting alloys available to our customer base. The most common are: 319.1, A356.2, 357.1, 363.1, and 713.1. All metal is spec certified and segregated upon its arrival to eliminate any chance of cross contamination. Process control is imperative to assure our customers’ requirements.Services We OfferC & L owns numerous military and commercial grade patterns which are now available to the public for rental at a competitive industry price. We are also very proud to offer multiple value added services such as: Non Destructive Testing, Engineering Services, Machining, and Powder Coating. Turnkey components are what our customer base now demands and we continue to deliver.In Summary • Casting weights range from 1 to 250 pounds
• Flask size capabilities range from 12" x 12" (4" over 4") to 40" x 40" (16" over 16")
• Lead times range from 2 - 4 weeks for most "As-Cast" purchase orders
• Lead times for all "Post Process" and "N.D.T." purchase orders range from 4 - 8 weeks
