3 GENERATIONS BRED TO BREAD
Our grandfather Hassan was the neighborhood baker – crafting the recipe he had brought from his native Damascus, to his new hometown, Brooklyn. His wholesome, fresh, hearth-baked pita bread, became so popular that people frequently traveled from out of town just to pick some up. As third generation bakers, today we proudly continue our grandfather’s legacy, delivering “America’s Original Pita” – and our artisinal flatbreads – to your pantry!
