Facilities in Indiana are open now. At this time, we will only be treating patients who are deemed a medically low risk. If you have been deemed high risk by your medical provider, your office will contact you by phone for information regarding your next appointment.Patient and staff safety is of utmost importance. If you have experienced symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus including fever, have been exposed or have tested positive of the COVID-19 virus in the last 14 days, we ask that you remain home and contact the office where you receive treatment to discuss your care.NO children will be allowed in the practice buildings.
