Housed in the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS), the MSOD degree combines research-based knowledge rooted in the arts and sciences with approaches from organizational psychology, leadership training, and sustainable development for a multidimensional and nuanced perspective on organizational culture. Students may develop an individualized curriculum in collaboration with their advisors, or focus their studies with a concentration in global organization, change management and leadership, organizational coaching, organizational consulting and executive coaching, or sustainable development.
