I need a repeat referral

Do you require ongoing referrals to the same specialist? Did you misplace your referral? If your GP agrees that it is clinically appropriate, then we are pleased to offer a bulk billed quick consult for you to get your referral. This will be a brief 5-7 minute consultation, where no other medical issues are discussed, and further diagnosis or treatment is not required. Alternatively, if your GP agrees that you do not need a consultation, the referral could be prepared for you to pick up from reception for $15.00.

I need a medical certificate

If you have a virus or straight forward illness and need to stay home from school or work, we are pleased to offer our patients a bulk billed quick consult to obtain a medical certificate! This will be a brief 5-7 minute consultation, where no other medical issues are discussed, and further diagnosis or treatment is not required.

I need a repeat script

If your GP agrees that it is clinically appropriate for you to continue on this medication without a detailed review, then we are pleased to offer a bulk billed quick consult for you to get your repeat script! This will be a brief 5-7 minute consultation, where no other medical issues are discussed, and further diagnosis or treatment is not required. Alternatively, if your GP agrees that you do not need a consultation, the script could be prepared for you to pick up from reception for $15.00.

I need a doctor that is good with kids

Well then its your lucky day! After having multiple children ask their parents to come back to our clinic when they need a doctor, we realised that kids find our doctors quite unique. Thats probably because they are all down to earth and friendly, and really engage with your little ones. After all we want your children to grow up feeling un-afraid of visits to the doctor. We like to think that we are on a high five basis with all of our young patients.

I need a female GP

We can certainly help with that we have some wonderful female doctors! While all of our doctors are extremely gentle and patient, we understand that sometimes you want to see a female GP. I need a doctor that is good with mental health

Aside from the fact that many of our patients feel better just being in our space, our doctors are all extremely gentle and kind, and very knowledgeable with mental health. Be it anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, you name it our GPs are there for you. Plus we have a wonderful team of psychologists that our patients really enjoy working with.

I need a blood test

If you have a blood test request form, we can help you with on-site pathology collection just arrange a booking with one of our nurses by giving our reception a call.

How does seeing your Psychologists or Dietitian work?

We have really great team of Psychologists and Dietitians at HealthMint. You are able to make an appointment through our online booking to see these practitioners, and can choose to be referred to them under a care plan by a HealthMint GP, or by an external doctor. You can also choose to see them privately (not under medicare) which may be appealing to you if you have private health insurance. You can read more about them by clicking the buttons below.

I need an ultrasound

We have Bond Radiology visiting on Saturdays at our Cranbourne clinic each fortnight to perform on-site ultrasounds. This can be booked through the Bond Radiology website just select our clinic after you have selected your desired service.

I need help with a chronic illness

Our doctors and nurses are really wonderful when it comes to long-term or ongoing chronic disease management. If you have something persistent, such as cancer, asthma, diabetes, osteoporosis or arthritis then you really want a good long-term relationship with a GP. Our team would be very grateful for the opportunity to care for you, and help you improve your wellbeing.

Do you bulk bill?

We are a very high quality private clinic, and there are great limitations for clinics that choose to bulk bill which we encourage you to read more about so that you can make an informed decision about your familys care. However, as an added bonus for our patients, our amazing GPs do offer bulk billing for some things such as a medical certificate, a repeat script or repeat referral, in a Quick Consult. I need an immunisation
