Frank immediately knew it had wonderful potential as a Bed Breakfast. Renovations began, and in short order, Frank and other family members turned the beautiful 4,000 square foot Anna Maria Island Beach Front home into a Bed Breakfast. The Harrington House opened on February 1st, 1989.For more than 30 years, Harrington House Beachfront Bed Breakfast has welcomed guests from all over the world.  “Come as a guest, leave as friend” is a sign gracing the canopy of foliage along the walkway entering the front door.  Closing our dream of operating a Bed Breakfast was a bittersweet decision to make on April 1st, 2020.  It s time for the Davis family to move on to our next chapter. Enjoying our hard work in paradise on the beaches of Anna Maria Island has always been a dream of ours.  Our biggest regret will be missing out on reconnecting with all our loyal guests over 30 years.  We will miss you!
